Mr. Yatrik Vin is the Group CFO & Head Corporate Affairs of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Having been associated with NSE for more than 23 years, he has played an instrumental role in building this institution. He is currently heading various key corporate functions such as Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Strategic Investments, Investor relations, Premises and facility management as well as CSR at NSE group level. As a business enabler, he is a member of NSE’s top leadership team. Mr. Vin carries over three decades of experience in Corporate Strategy, Finance, Treasury, Capital Markets and Financial Regulations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment & Divestment, Investor Relations, Regulatory & Compliance Management, Corporate Taxation, Auditing & Assurance Function and Corporate Performance Management.
As the Group CFO & Head Corporate Affairs, he has played a crucial role in establishing and positioning NSE as one of the world's largest and the most successful exchange. Currently, he is on the Board of various companies and is also a part of various committees and task forces, both, internally and externally. He also engages himself actively with various agencies at government level on policy matters pertaining to the capital markets, taxation, financial literacy etc.
Mr. Vin holds a master’s degree in commerce from the Mumbai University and is also a university rank holder. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Business, USA. He has also served on the Accounting Standards Board (ASB) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
His name has been entered in the ROLL OF HONOUR 2015 of Top 100 CFOs of the country by CFO India, he is also awarded as CFO of the year 2014 by “ABP News BFSI Awards” and is recognized as the Most Influential CFO of India by CIMA, UK.
