1. Membership Fee Obligation
All applicants applying for membership with the Institute of Social Auditors of India (ISAI)
are required to pay the prescribed membership fee applicable at the time of application.
Membership processing will begin only after successful receipt of full payment.
2. Accepted Payment Modes
Membership fees may be paid through the authorized online payment methods available on the official website, including:
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Net Banking
- UPI
- Other approved digital payment methods
ISAI reserves the right to modify available payment options without prior notice.
3. Payment Confirmation
- Payment shall be treated as successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway and credit of funds into ISAI’s designated account.
- An electronic receipt/confirmation will be generated upon successful payment.
- Applicants are advised to retain the payment receipt for future reference.
4. Fees and Taxes
- Membership fee is subject to applicable taxes as per Government regulations.
- ISAI reserves the right to revise membership fees at any time.
- Any transaction or convenience charges levied by the bank/payment gateway shall be borne by the applicant.
5. No Refund Policy
Membership fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- No refund shall be granted in case of application rejection, incomplete documentation, withdrawal, duplicate payment, or any other reason.
- Applicants are advised to carefully review eligibility criteria before making payment.
6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- If payment is debited but transaction status shows failed, the amount shall be reversed automatically by the bank/payment gateway within 7–15 working days.
- ISAI shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
- Applicants must contact support immediately in case of duplicate payments.
7. Chargeback and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication with ISAI may result
in suspension or cancellation of membership processing. ISAI reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in case of fraudulent disputes.
8. Fraudulent Transactions
ISAI reserves the right to verify payment details and applicant identity. Any fraudulent, suspicious,
or unauthorized transaction may result in rejection of membership and legal action as per applicable laws.
9. Amendment of Payment Terms
ISAI reserves the right to modify or update these Payment Rules & Conditions at any time.
Changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
