Shri Raymond B D’Souza, a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University, is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has also done his Diploma in Commodity Derivatives.
He has put in over three and half decade’s service in NABARD. Having worked across the country, has a wide experience in the field of Agriculture and Rural Development.
He has worked in core Business Departments, Development Departments and also Human Resource Department during his stint in various Offices. He has had a District Development posting in Satara, Maharashtra. Presently, he heads the Off-Farm Sector Development Department in NABARD.
He has experience as a Nominee Director on one Regional Rural Bank and presently, is a Director on the Board / Governing Body of all Agri / Rural Business Incubation Centres (ABIC) supported by NABARD. He is NABARD’s Nominee on the Social Stock Exchange Advisory Committee and the NSE Social Stock Exchange.
